Exam registration will be removed seven (7) business days prior to exam date to allow shipment to proctor.
Please note you may not register for a CPP exam unless you have declared your candidacy or are a current CPP and wish to take the CPP exam for your re-certification requirement (and are in the re-certification period).
If you still state that you have declared your candidacy or are a current CPP, and if you are neither, you will not be registered for the exam and an exam packet will not be sent.
To declare your candidacy, please go to ppa.com/CPP and pay the $200 fee. Once you have declared your candidacy and paid the fee, please return to this form and fill out the exam request.
