BIO:

Russell Lloyd Jensen, M.Photog., CPP

Sage Studios Photography

For over 30 years now, I have been brave enough to create my own personal style of photography. Oh yes, I’ve borrowed from the masters and I’ve strived to create images that obtain the quality that they have obtained in their own work, but overall I have constantly tried to stay true to my own artistic eye because when you start to reflect back on what you’ve accomplished you should be able to see an authentic interpretation of the world through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another artist.  With an intrinsic love for photography and the fine arts I have been able to respond and create images for my clients that are not only meaningful on a personal level but also on a universal level. I’ve had the honor of being recognized nationally for my portraits but the most rewarding honor is when a client sees their finished photographic artwork for the first time and they are either brought to tears or uncontainable joy.
